Billing Error and refusal to Send me copy of my contract

my contract is for R209 but I have been haying more than R400 for the last 3 months. They are refusing to send me copy of my contract and always refer me to the nearest shop and I did not get this contract through the shop it was discussed over the phone.

Rude agent by the name of amanda put me on hold for more than 30 minutes and eventually terminated my call today.
