Billing Error Again
Please can you advise on the attached.<br> <br> There is a R100 charge when I payed in advance!<br> <br> I also noted that there is still the R299 charge when the rate was set in Dec 2013 at R199. No notice to change has been sent to me. Please send the original notice if there was one.<br> <br> [URL Removed]
