Billing discrepancy

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing billing inaccuracies and miscommunication from your consultants. I was assured by Sithembisile Mgibe that my debit order for February would not go off as i missed the payment for the 25th, only for it to be processed on the 28th. As a result, I ended up making two payments for February.

This has left me with only R298 remaining, as I had not anticipated the debit order still going through. To make matters worse, my statement does not reflect the situation accurately its like i never paid anything 😡 and on top of that your website doesn't work all the time.

I can't wait to finish paying off this contract!!!
