Billing department billing methods and chat support

I have issues with the billing of this contract, The debit a short amount and wait till the 15th to debit the other amount and then this gives you charges with your bank as they do not debit the requested amount on the agreed upon debit order date,

Then they hide on with saying you are behind even though its their cause and say they can not do anything because the account is in collections

Their chat agents are not helpful at all as well as they just disconnect the chat when they feel like it, I am very displease with them now even though I have been with the company for 3 years now
