Billing deceased subscriber

My husband passed away on 19th September 2015. On 7th Oct 2015 I went to the Telkom office at Lakeside Mall and informed them of his death. I even gave them a certified copy of his death certificate. I app**** to take over the telephone line and was told I had to apply as a new subscriber, which I did. I have paid all the outstanding bills on my late husband's telephone account but I am now receiving telephone accounts for the period 24 Nov 2015 to 23 Dec 2015. How many more months is Telkom going to send these bills after being specifically told that he is deceased? they have the audacity to charge R190,46 for Debit order/Cheque levy. I wish Telkom would get their act together and stop sending these bills as it is most distressing, especially seeing that the man is dead. I have received my own Telkom bill for the period 8 Oct 2015 to 3 Nov 2015 and 4 Nov 2015 to 3 Dec 2015. So it looks like they are charging TWICE FOR THE SAME TELEPHONE NUMBER/LINE. What bad service!!
