Billing complaint

If I could rate 0 stars I would every month there's always something stupid and of poor service that I get from Telkom. I recieved my statement on 05/09/2018 saying I'm being billed for a rejection fee that was a result of Telkom fault my debit date is the 25th as it a lines with my pay date in August I was paid on the Sat as my company pays on a Saturday and not the day before you guys went in on the Friday why is that why not on the Monday since you guys say that you can't debit on a Saturday now I must pay a rejection fee for ****. I am sick and tired of this network I'm not even going to recommend anyone any more, person waits for hours just to get someone at your call centre cause your retail stores just shift everything to your call centre....!!! Person lays a complaint with managers, even your complaints department doesn't even respond what's the purpose of having them, cancellations is just as bad. You guys are messing with people's lives in the most unjustified and selfish way just *****ing our money every month... I bet even now no one is going to call for this complaint.
