Billing complaint

Telkom handed over my account to nudebt last month, I then settled the outstanding amount with nudebt two weeks ago, and I was assured that this will be cleared within 3 working days, to my surprise this morning Telkom debuts my account now again even after handing in my my account to a 3rd party
