Billing

Have tried to upgrade/downgrade from a normal 10mbps uncapped fibre to an 10mbps uncapped lite which did not happen now they charge me for a 20mbps lite which is R823 and should be paying R649, I have tried numerous times to correct this at a telkom branch etc as they escalate the matter each time then I wait 7 - 14 days then nothing, go to a branch same query escalate matter 7 - 14 days then nothing........ same charge again really.....?

Telkom cant charge me for a 20mbps line but I only received 10mbps line speed!! Case number: ***4 Please fix the problem!!
