Billing and Communication Problem

I am really unhappy with the service I am getting from Telkom. I had a mobile router contract which ended in Nov of which I used to pay R108 a month, in December I was debited R309.25 which I wasn't even sure why. I went to the store (Highveld mall in Witbank and spoke to Cynthia) and I was told that I had taken a Top me Up data package or something of that sort Which I didn't) and apparently costs less than R150 but I was debited more. I called (spoke to Hlengiwe Khumalo) The toll free number on the 18.12.2018 @ 10.19am to enquire about the debit order and she told me she will open the case and someone will call me with feedback which nobody did. (Ref number she gave was her name and said I should use the time and date too which was Hlengiwe Khumalo, 18.12.18 at 10:19am). I called back again and Spoke to a Zolani (Ref ********** 5) and I was told that my case is still open and I should get feedback between 6 to 8 days and till today I still haven't heard anything from anyone. Zolani then went further to explain to me that on a month to month Router plan, I should and will be billed R58.07 till I decide to cancel it (for the same amount of data I used to get on the contract) which in January I was billed that amount. Today I called again (I still hadn't gotten any feedback after my telephonic complaint with Zolani) and Spoke to a lady called Thokozile (Ref ********** 8) and now her story is different to what I had heard from Cynthia and Zolani and she also told me that this amount was stated on my statement (which I have NEVER received in the 2 years I have been on this contract) so now I don't understand how Telkom works because clearly there is a Communication/Training issue because if things were standard then everyone would be on the same page and I would have gotten the same feedback from all 3 employees.

All I want is clarity as to what is going on and my refund because really this is unacceptable.
