Billing and cancellations

Please note that Telkoms service is very bad. They are constantly offline. Should you be lucky enough to go in store when they are online the staff are little to no help as they send you back and forth between stores and tell you go phone 101 different departments. That leave you on hold only to eventually inform you that they cannot resolve your issue for you. They will bill you on things that you have no knowledge as to why you are actually being billed. Cancellations are yet another of the long list of problems one can expect when dealing with Telkom.
