Billing and Bad Credit review

I picked up that a debit order was going off my bank account from Telkom for people who **********ly opened a phone contract.I reversed it with the bank each time (it debited for 3 months)I also informed Telkom about this.They asked me to do an affidavit at the police station and promised they will open a ***** case and clear my name.Its been 7 months since the incident and Telkom's promise.I went to their Centurion mall office a couple of times where they also informed me that their ***** department will contact me and they will clear my name. I've never received a call from them till today.I now pulled my Credit report and geuse what "TELKOM" with an amount of R3034 .I asked Telkom to show me the FICA documents that they opened the account with and explain how its possible for someone to open an account without these documents,they couldn't show me anything. I've never had a contract with TELKOM and never open anything with them.
