Billing amount not correct
a debit order went of that is 3 times more than what i was supposed to pay. now they are telling me that it will take 72 hours to sort this out and then the money will be payed back. None of this issues is a fault on my side i want that money back in my account before the end of the day as this is needed for other liabilities.
