Billing after contract has been stopped

I hate Telkom I had send my paperwork trough in August and still get billed each month.I even got in contact with hr and they said they will escalate it to the correct department and get in contact with me and up to now no one has called or even send and email to stop the deduction each month and we are in December already.I will never in my life use Telkom ever again.
