<p>I have had a 2Mb telkom uncapped line for 3 years @ R579pm</p> <p> </p> <p>They advertised a 4Mb line at R599</p> <p> </p> <p>Now they bill me R699.....</p> <p> </p> <p>And they say its the ProRated amount....</p> <p> </p> <p>Now if its prorated, the diffirence in the month that I was on the R579 deal and the balance on teh month that I was on the R599 deal should be something inbetween R579 and R599..... not R699.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is shocking...</p>

While you at it...
Please look into your advertised R599.... I have this advert in my email box and have downloaded your Ts&Cs PDF document....
Your call centre agents.... all 4 i spoke to as well as the online chat person talked about the R80-odd bucks VAT..
My old 2meg line was R579.... every month.... as advertised....
Then you come with the 4meg line @ R599....
R20 more for double the speed.... and i signed up....
Now its R599 + VAT??
Its NOT advertised as R599+VAT (read up on condumer rights...... )
Your Ts&Cs document also DOES NOT mention VAT once.... (I checked)
Fix this bill immediately, reverse ALL the "added VAT", for this month and any previous month....
Fix this or email me the cancelation forms.... I'll gladly go to your competition

There is nothing that makes my blood boil than companies taking (*****ing).... from me or other people....
My friend that had a 2meg line, and app**** for the 4mb line THE SAME DAY AS I DID (he is the one that told me about the Telkom offer) just sent me his TELKOM account.....
His total account is R620 - The R599 + a few telephone calls.....
I bnever use my landline.... i have this ONLY for the internet.... check on my past 3 years....
Ive paid R579 for 95% of the months i had the 2meg line. I submit my pdf accounts to SARS so i have all my accounts on hand...
And you try and F*** me over? Do you think im F***ing stupid!
Fix this ..... NOW.... or cancel this NOW.... and take me to court for your F***ing R699.00
