<p>I subscribed for a R399 contract with Telkom which I specifically requested that it be capped at R399 and I will make purchases of extra data as required. This has been the case until September where I had a contract in my name that I did not register for as well as R500 and R300 extra charged on my account. AFter posting on hello petter their ***** department contacted me and removed the ********** account but refuses to remove the extra charges which I did not authorise</p>
