<p>I refer to my Telkom complaint ref no ********** 5. I took out 2 Hawei(100 minutes) phone upgrades ( R498) plus a rooter contract for R99 per month at Tekom Cape Gate on 14Jul16. I was inform that i will pay a pro rata for Jul to ehich I agree and signed. After issuing us with the wrong packages 3 times we got our 100 min's. Telkom took R780 (this included the wrong data bundels that we got and never used or app**** for) end of Jul. Last week we got a sms that if we dont pay R8000 within 24 hours our lines will be cut. After i enquire I was told that i was charged R6900 ïmmigration'fees and when i draw a bank statement I saw that Telkom tried to deduct R8000, intead of the normal R600 premium. And than again R2000 in the middel of the month ,without my knowledge and my consent. These D/O's did not go throw. I took day off work and took all docs to Cape Gate shop with letter of complaint. And told them that if they cut my lines i am going to cancell all 3 ontracts. They send me emai yesterday that my acc was credited with credited with R6900 and last night all 3 lines wete cut, without any one at Tekom speaking to me. I am very upset and disgusted at Telkom for going rouge on my personel bank acc and causing me extra bank costs for these D/O's that dit not go off. Telkom has no respect for our finacial lawas or Telkom clients or contracts. Looks like they are run by ********* who is out to rob innocent people. A guy at the call centre by the name of Tsepo was very rude with me and sarcastic to me last night and said that there is nothing he can do unless i pay them R13000 immediately. Telkom messed up my bank acc and my life and are now blaming me all of this. Sick</p>
