Billing

<p>I've been on so many calls with different Telkom agents who are very rude and clueless. I signed up for an uncapped adsl package for R579. As far as i understand pro-rata, you pay for the days left before your full month billing date. In my case if we working on 30days calender month with my premium being R579 that means im actually paying Telkom R19.30 per day. I took this package on the 22nd of March and already paid +-R1600 but telkom says i still owe them over R1800 and we not even 3 full months with their service. How does this happen?</p>
