Billing

This is my 4th cell phone contract mobile. Not even in the past years will Telekom allocate me spending minutes without my knowledge. But this time around is a different story as I have to pay for artym I never requested for . When I need artym added I always call the customer line to add more but however this time around Telekom decided to add time/ spending minutes without contacting me and they busy telling me it was added by a system . Which I don't understand as I was not made aware as the owner of the account and I never requested for added services to my contract. Telekom is making me pay for something I didn't sign up for.
