Billing

I received my Telkom monthly statement and it shows that I don't have outstanding debts, I only have R459 which is due by end of April but Telkom mobile has handed me to their collections company and the collections company is trying to debit my account with a R729 amount that I don't know where its coming and when I called Telkom mobile I was told the system is behind. I had to go to my bank to block Telkom and its collections company from debiting my account with money I don't know. So because of some stupid system you ***** people 's money and you ruin their credit standing.
