Billing

I made a quote with telkom for phone, they said its R185 for 24 month. I ordered the phone and it was delivered to me. On the debit date they debited R275 and in my account i was having R220 so the debjt order bounced. Now they added R202, 70 they say its a penalty fee for rejected debit order.
