Billing

When I inquired about why Telkom had suspended my account, I was told that it was because I was behind on payments. When I questioned them about whether they could debit the due amount now or if I could pay it, they rep**** that they would debit it twice on the first of the next month. If I have to wait until next month to be linked, why do they deduct twice? ***
