Billing

Good Day

Telkom has been sending me bills which I am unaware of with the amounts which are extremely high. They had no communication what so ever to why the amount is so high. This is the second time they are billing me with such amount for no reason. I have been paying them each month the accurate amount. This is really ridiculous as they would put of my data when "I did not so called pay my amount" They should slove this matter on there side. I would like some explaing to this amount.
