Horrifying experience with them and firstly I received a msg that I didn't pay in December which it was paid earlier than expected on the 20th dec 2023. I was given an email address to send my proof of payment which indeed I sent to ***,za and I received Ref#-***.My line was then suspended on the 22nd Jan 2024 and Payed on the 25th of Jan and on the 27th it was reinstated and again today is suspended yet again. I called them yesterday regarding the ridiculous invoice I received with with penalties yet the money is in their account paid on time Case number ***0.
