Billing

Good day,

I received prorated invoices but I haven't used their services yet as they'll only be installing the ADSL tomorrow, the 19th of June 2020. Nothing has been installed but according to the invoice I'm being billed as of the 21 of May 2020? Yes, I app**** on the 18 of May 2020 and I was advised that I will only be billed as from the date of installation.

I have BEEN trying to get hold of them with no luck, even went to complain on their social media - Facebook) platform but still nothing.

If they could kindly rectify this before it messes up with my credit score. Please.
