What a ****. Arranged a payment plan year ago to pay off my account when I checked months later at the branch I was told it wasn’t making a difference the debt was still growing, now why the **** would you make an arrangement for/with me and tell me it wasn’t going towards my debt. I left that,this year I set up another arrangement and monitored it,went to the branch all my debits came out,the branch gave me statement saying I owe R56 which I paid, today I get a call saying I owe and I’m in arrears. ****en joke
