Billing

I was debited R407 on the first of October for a phone I'm supposed to pay R170 for and I was debited R653 on the 25th of the same month and today as I write this review my line has been suspended pending a payment of R653. My contract is 3 months old and I have already paid R1100 when I call telkom I hold for hours and no agent is available
