Billin Negligence

I have been charged late fees on my account when Telkom has changed the banking details they had on MY account without my knowledge, I want a full investigation on why banking details were changed, who authorised this???, why the incorrect address was updated on my fiber account. Sending me numerous sms' for your own negligence!!!!!!
