Billed wrong they don’t call me to find out what happened

A year go I brought a phone with mondo and they delivered wrong phone then I called them to say the phone is wrong they came after a while. So Telkom cam now saying I’m owing them how because I was with mondo now this thing is annoying me on top of they busy sending messages up me on credit bureaus.
