Billed without service delivery

<p>It is with much dissapointment that i have to complain again, Telkom has installed lines and an adsl line however our domains are not working despite all we did, we called 10217 they said we should go to the telkom shop we went there they said we must call 10217 it left us feeling like idiots while we are being billed for this particular service. we request for our domain to be released by telkom as we will find another host we have had enough of this games. PLEASE RELEASE OUR DOMAIN ASAP</p>
