BILLED WITH NO HANDSET

I app**** for a contract phone. The wrong product was issued to me and i refused to take it. I then requested the contract to be cancelled. I called in several times and even went into the telkom store my case hasn't been attended. I have been billed several times for a phone i don't have. I reversed all debits but still telkom is debiting all the money the system thinks i owe. This is going to impact on my credit score. I will like this to be resolved as soon as possible as it is frustrating me. Case Number: ***4
