Billed Ridiculously Huge Amount on a contract worth R200

My contract is worth R200. I received an sms saying I owe R322. Followed by an email that States that I owe R803. The call center consultant says I owe R500. Such disgusting Robert, I deserve an explanation and a solution because I signed up for a R200 contract deal. This is unprofessional Telkom, I am extremely unhappy. Fix this now. Telkom robs people South Africa. Beware
