billed incorrectly
Good day i have app**** for a telkom line and adsl in december 2015.the line was installed.ive got my statment 2day and i see that i was billed extra for installation were as installation was free for the package i took.i phoned telkom and det say i must dey say i mst pay the bill before they can rectify it.its money i didnt cater for.help plzzzz
