BILLED FOR UNWANTED/UNAUTHORISED SERVICES
I was billed an extra R200 on my existing contract and upon enquiry of why this was done, I was informed that Telkom Mobile had sent an sms to me to add this benefit of and extra R200 to my account, and only if I rep**** \no"would this not be done. Since when is it okay to authorise a benefit that would incur extra costs on me via an sms. accordin to the consumer protection act"
