Billed for something that i dont have

Joined telkom by getting a contract for internet doggle. after the contract period i upgraded to a Samsung tablet. then i was offered another contract but i later on rejected it. They started billing me for it and i complained and nothing was done about it. <br> Now they tarnished my name by putting me on credit berue. cant get any accounts anymore. recently they debted my account R14 700.00 and i have to pay bank charges. the first contract i contacted it without skipping any payment. i wanna continue with my old contract but i cant because they even blocked the services even the hardware is blocked too.
