Billed for Something I Dont Have for over a Year already

<p>I am at an end.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom has been charging me for a 10MB line speed service and only supplying a 4MB line speed. When I complain about it - I get told my area cant reach 10MB. NO - I am not saying I cant get the speed, I am saying that you are NOT supplying the speed!! I've been disputing this for months, but it seems no one at this business seems to know what the hell they are doing. Today I get an SMS stating my service will be suspended.</p> <p> </p> <p>If I calculate the amount of credits you owe me - I wont have to pay for my ACTUAL service for a year.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want someone to phone me and sort this **** out TODAY!!</p>
