Billed for something I didnt receive.

Highly upset I write this review upset and angry to be honest, I don't remember the year I took a sim contract with telkom and waited for delivery and it has never arrived.

I queried this in the past years and not has happened they billed me until I had to change my bank account due to my money was just being deducted and I had no sim on my possession. Now I have an outstanding bill that I do know and didn't even use the data on the sim for years. I can't take a contract because of them I stuck. Please help
