Billed for services that I did not make use of.

Hi i was billed for unlimted telkom mobile calls from march to june but I havent requestes this service. I brought it to telkom mobile's attention numerous times. They promised to refund me because it was a systems error. Up until today which is the 14/08/15 I have still not received my R499. I am highly frustrates with the poor management and call centre agents at the parow branch. I seriously dont know what else I have to do to get my money back!!!! This is unacceptable and unproffesional service! You guys have made so many promises but you dont care to deliver!!! I want this matter to be dealt with ASAP, I want my money back!
