Billed for nothing- internet fibre was never installed

I requested for internet services at my newly built home in October 2024, Openserve came and installed the fibre infrastructure, they said telkom would bring the router, nobody came but i started seeing debit orders going through and reversed because i do not know why i was being billed for.i tried to contact telkom more than 10times since November 2024 but up until now noone has assisted me in resolving this issue, telkom even has a record thats i have an outstanding balance of R3398 for suspended services. But i do notuse their services at all. Telkom cannnot give me a statement for the usage as they claim they asked me to log a report with the ***** department i did so but nothing was done, it's still the same story
