Billed for non service

Extremely dissapointed. I app**** for a telkom adsl line and had to pay a deposit of R700. The line has not been installed but I am been billed for the past 2 months for services that I have not been rendered. I have called numerous times receiving numerous cancellation references, but this stillhas not been resolved. I will now be issuing a complaint to ICASA.
