Billed for NO SERVICE

<p>Telkom is really not funny anymore. I HAD a fixed line with them and this is exactly the reason I Terminated my services with them. Icancelled the fixed line in March 2016 and in November and December 2016 i Recieved a billed statement. I went to Telkom and all they coud do is log a complain and i was told i will be contacted in 24hours. That was on the 14th of December: I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEIR CALL UP TO NOW. Where am I supposed to go for assistance if I cant even get help from their branch???</p>
