Billed for ISP that should've been cancelled!!

I sent out an email on the 24th of January, stating that my Internet (ISP) should be cancelled from the end of January, but the line activation and line rental can still be deducted as that needs to be kept active for Internet. I am moving over to MWeb so that is my reason. To my surprise, I got a bill this morning on a Monday and I was incredibly upset as this was supposedly, \resolved"the 24th of January and the 4th of February when I queried them about this.<br> <br> As the biggest telecommunications company in South Africa"
