Billed for contract/Cellphone that i do not have

Hy peters<br> <br> Got billed this morning from my debit account for R519!!! for a cellphone and contract i do not posses. <br> not to mention there was no funds in the account to begin with as i only transfer the amount that i need to and did not plan for a debit from telkom. <br> worst part is i got charged by my bank a further R100.00 , which i think telkom should pay because they *******ly took money from me for goods and services that have not been rendered too me.<br> <br> if telkom does not sort this out i will seek legal advise and all costs will be for telkoms account. <br> as it is ******* to take money from some one unless you have rendered the service to them etc which telkom has not done .<br> <br> further telkom did not give me sufficient time to ensure there had been funds available for this in the account so i will insist that telkom also pays the bank charge for the debit that had gone through as unpaid!!!<br> <br> <br>
