billed for closed account
I had cellphone contract with Telkom Mobile which ended on February. I personally went to Telkom Mobile Brits to close the contract but i keep on receiving statements, messages and calls that i owe Telkom Mobile. I don't understand why cant my account be closed as i requested it to be closed. I keep on be billed every month for a closed contract.
