billed for cellphone paid for

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have called the call centre twice already for a refund of the 4 months I have been charged for a device and keep telling me it will be credited for me to get a message a couple of days later that will not be credited as I need to cancel. How the situation is is as follows.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am on month 28 of 24 monbths. I am paying for a device that has been paid off already. I understand paying for minutes and data(it is telkom mix) but device charge should be taken away. The reference numbers are as follows</p> <p> ********** 0 and ********** 9. I need to be credited for the 4 months over my contract!!! Below is the response I get from them the sms's I get.</p> <p> </p> <p>"Good Morning , Mr. ******** ref no ********** 9 telkom Mix Samsung 4 , please visit your nearest Telkom Direct shop to put it over as (Prepaid) and cancelled contract or renew your contract otherwise you will pay rental every month for Telkom Mix package. Note: While the contract has expires you have still receive data from Telkom SA / Free minutes to use on device. No credits was arranged on Telkom Mix due to data used. Regards Christa Telkom SA Christa ********** 2"</p> <p> </p> <p>and other one</p> <p> </p> <p>Good Afternoon, Mr. ***** NOTE: Case ********** 0 reject because you need to visit your nearest Telkom Direct shop to put SGalaxy S4 to Prepaid / contract to be cancelled or to renew contract , otherwise you will pay rental every month for Telkom Mix and remember Telkom SA still give you Free Data while on Telkom Mix.
