Billed for cellphone not received!!!

If there was an option for zero stars, Telkom deserves it. I am being billed monthly for a device I never received from Telkom. I have to reverse their debit orders and it reflects badly on my credit score. I have done numerous follow ups and receive confirmation that the contract is not active. Come next month, the debit order goes through. It's madness, it's exhausting.
