Billed for an account that I know nothing about from Telkom

Hi. I do not have any account with Telkom but my credit report shows that I have an active account with them. I bought the phone that I am using and the prepaid sim card that I am using cash and I have no idea why Telkom is billing me for the account that I do not have. I would appreciate it if Telkom could please rectify this error. Kind regards
