Billed for AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE by Telkom

There is a charge for AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE which is a subscription that I did not agree to. Telkom is claiming they have nothing to do with it however when you search on line what this AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE is then it comes up as a TelkomPlus service.

I have called Telkom to have this taken off my account, the first call center agent hung up on me as soon as I said the name of the subscription, the second one is investigating it and nows nothing about it. Telkom Germiston Golden Walk took down my details and said they would get someone to call me back, I was told I would be called within an hour. I'm still waiting for that call.

Telkom is now *****ing from us.
