BILLED FOR A PROMOTIONAL ITEM

<p>I was offered a promotional item for the use of 200gigs in my gated estate which Telkom Installed free of costs and offered then if we wanted to carry on with the service we would apply and then be billed accordingly <br />I never app**** for further use of it because I'm moving yet i am being billed for the promotional item </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been Harrassed by Nu debt because they state im failing to pay my debt and are threatening to hand me over if they havent already </p> <p> </p> <p>I have rep**** to them via email and phone calls numerouse times informing them of the refrence number logged yet i am still being harrassed and Telkom as yet to sort this problem out </p> <p> </p> <p>Why is it my problem when i never signed up to be billed but was offered a service to test for free</p>
