Billed for 7 months after contract finished and still no refund for over a year

<p>We cancelled 7 contracts with Telkom Mobile after they had come to the end of their 24 months. For 7 months after that we were still billed for it and after each month I phoned and they said it would be stopped and refunded. Finally after 7 months they stopped billing but now it has been more than a year and after phoning over and over again we still have not recieved the refund.</p>
