Billed for 3 years for services not rendered

I have been trying to cancel a Telkom Account over the last 3 years...<br> I have been getting billed for a service that I am not getting for the last 3 years...<br> <br> I have all records for the cancellation attempt interaction dating back 3 years ago...<br> <br> I am now at my whit's end. I am now here, my next stop is Twitter, then Radio 702. Hopefully my voice will be loud enough to be heard by the end of all this.
